Advanced Diploma in Pastry & Bakery Arts

The 9 months Advance Diploma in Patisserie Pastry & Bakery Arts is a hands-on course and suitable for INTERMEDIATE learners. You will not only learn the intermediate, but reach an advanced level in your Bakery & Pastry skills.

You will cover the BASIC CERTIFICATE MODULES and then learn these additional INTERMEDIATE skills and ADVANCED skills. You will be granted an international recognized Advanced Diploma by City & Guilds UK.

Our programs are very detailed and advanced using only the best ingredients and state of the art kitchens. This program will help you become a better home baker and is a step towards a possible full time bakery career.

Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts

Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts is the most detailed program where the students actually work in different cuisine of the world. Cuisines like Classic French, Spanish, Japanese, Italian and Thai will be taken throughout the program to ensure that students understand cuisines and their ideology better than just few recipes.

The entire program will be based on menus representing creativity, taste and presentation. Students will be encouraged to actually work like a commi chef under a careful guidance of the chefs.

Founded in 2010 in the heart of Petaling Jaya in Malaysia, The Academy of Pastry Arts Malaysia (APCA Malaysia) is known as the Finest Pastry & Culinary School in Asia. With 7 Pastry & Culinary school in Malaysia, India, Philippines, Indonesia and Singapore, The Academy combines Innovation and Creativity with Modern hands-on approach through its Diploma & Advance Diploma Programs, including specialized professional programs in French pastries, chocolate and bread making.

From inception, the Academy has believed that the pursuit of excellence in both pastry arts and culinary arts is life long journey; and must be taught by seasoned industry professionals, who understand the needs of a commercial setup.
